Identity V 2nd Anniversary
Global Tribute Videos Collection Starts
1.Event Content:
As Identity V's 2nd Anniversary is coming up, we sincerely invite players around the world to make a video wishing Identity V a happy birthday.
2.Collection Period:
June 1 - June 15
3.Submission Themes:
i) Video 1 - Birthday Wishes: The contributor should hold a piece of paper/drawing/poster etc. with "Happy birthday, Identity V" and other relevant written on it. At the same time, they should say "I'm in _____ (city). Happy birthday, Identity V!"
※The video should be uploaded with the file name "BirthdayWishes_nickname_city". Apart from the video, contributors should provide the text corresponding to the video content for subtitle production. Only Chinese, English, and Japanese are accepted for now.
ii) Video 2 - Memory or Message: The video can be about one of the following topics but it shouldn't be longer than 30 seconds.
1) A funny or memorable story that happened because of Identity V.
2) Wishes and messages about Identity V's development in the future.
3) The reason why you like Identity V (such as character setting, art design, gameplay etc.)
※The video should be uploaded with the file name "MemoryMessage_nickname". Apart from the video, contributors should provide the text corresponding to the video content for subtitle production. Only Chinese, English, and Japanese are accepted for now.
4.Number of Submissions:
Video 1 and Video 2 should be submitted separated as 2 videos. Contributors may choose one or both themes in their submissions.
5.Video format:
Videos must be recorded in landscape mode in MP4/MOV format. HD videos are preferred.

6.The video file or the link to the video file on Google Drive should be sent via email to identityv2nd@service.netease.com, with the subject "Nickname_2ndAnniversaryVideo_VideoLanguage", e.g. "Emma_2ndAnniversaryVideo_English".
※ A Video file as an email attachment must be less than 25 MB, but the video file on Google Drive has no size limit.
※ If a download link is provided, please make sure that the browsing permissions have been set for public viewing.
7.Submissions can be made by individuals or groups. There are no limitations on the video shooting scenes and costumes. Players may even wear character costumes in the video.
8.Submitted videos will be screened by Identity V for publication. Non-compliant videos will be disqualified from the event.
Notes:
1.All submitted materials must be the contributor's original creation. Contributors must be the legal owner of the videos, and they must not infringe upon the rights of other individuals or corporations.
2.Identity V shall have the right to play and distribute all of the videos submitted.
3.Identity V shall have the right to edit and publish the clips of qualified videos.
4.Contributors must license their portrait rights to Identity V and grant a free, perpetual, and exclusive license to Identity V and its global affiliated companies to use the videos submitted.
5.Videos which include any of the following will not be approved.
・ Works that infringe intellectual property rights, property rights (including all ownership rights and copyrights), reputation rights, privacy rights, or other rights of Identity V, other users, or other manufacturers.
・ Works that contain commercial promotion messages or works which contain commercialized or to-be-commercialized videos.
・ Works that include obscene, cruel, discriminatory, and/or other contents that make third parties uncomfortable.
・ Works which contain content contrary to public moral order.
・ Works which the organizer deems inappropriate for publication.
6.Identity V retains the right to interpretation of this event.

1.Contributors shall be responsible for their submissions.
2.Identity V shall not be liable for any disputes between the contributors and other third parties during this event's submissions and selections for whatever reason.

Backstory：Melly Plinius, the Entomologist, has always been a prominent figure in the biology field, partly due to her background. She started off as a poor manor servant before marrying to the owner. After he died, she inherited her husband's wealth and became a rising star in the biology field. Such a humble success story never fails to gain attention, especially when she holds a unique perspective in the study of insects, the Pterygota in particular. She seems to possess the ability to maneuver the tiny insects, gaining a deeper understanding of their activities. There are even more rumors about her appearance, for she seldom makes an appearance in public. Her passion lies in the search for peculiar insects, spending her time roaming in dense forests, swamps, and wilderness, rather than attending those pretentious symposiums. In the few times that she did make a public appearance, she always wore an exaggerated gauze hat. Some say she's too ugly to show her face while others say she's so beautiful that she didn't want people to focus on her beauty instead of her research.
